New Year’s (2 of 4)

Above, a menu for a New Year’s Eve dinner at the Colonnade Restaurant. I don’t know much about the restaurant, but it was not at that address much longer: the building at 726 Broadway was torn down before 1910 and was eventually replaced by a large loft building providing support services for the nearby John Wanamaker department store; that building was converted to offices for the Amalgamated Life Insurance Company and then bought by NYU.
