The building with the curvy glass facade is about ten years old, so the ghost on its north (left) side has to be younger than that. A fast look at the Department of Buildings records suggests that the building to the north was demolished in early 2018. So the imprint on the side of the new building was created about ten years ago and exposed to view about a year ago.
As ghosts go, this is a baby.
As far as the content of the ghost, it’s been stuccoed over, so there’s not much detail visible. You can make out the edge of a cornice on the far right and the sloped roof of a stair bulkhead at the top.
