That’s a nice little building in Soho. Judging by the architectural style alone, 1880s or 1890s. But looking closer tells us all we might want to know:

Richard Croker spent decades at the upper levels of Tammany Hall, some of it effectively running the city. Napoleon LeBrun & Son – later Napoleon LeBrun & Sons – designed a number of famous buildings in New York, including the first portions of the Met Life complex at 23rd Street and Madison Avenue, but is best known here for designing dozens of firehouses.
This is an old firehouse, decommissioned and converted to other use.
