That’s a nice view of the Brooklyn (nearer) and Manhattan (farther) Bridges – or whatever it is they’re called in Gotham City. The angle puts us – in New York, not Gotham, at around Fulton and South Streets.
I couldn’t readily find that view but here’s the reverse view, looking south below the Manhattan Bridge towards the Brooklyn Bridge, circa 1910:
