I was unsure about the title for today’s foray into the cartoon universe…it could have been “It Looked Familiar: City Government.” First, an announcement from our mayor:

That’s pretty obviously the Empire State Building in the center, but are the other buildings random? Here’s street view looking east from Herald Square:
That’s the McAlpin House on the right of Empire State and the Marbridge Building to its left.
I have to say: I was not expecting to ever do one of these posts about an official NYC government announcement, even one with multiple toilet jokes about multiple toilets.
