Another photo from Wroclaw in 2012. I’d call the brackets supporting the projecting bay window “stone cantilevers,” but as far as I know there’s no sharp division between that phrase and “corbels.”
Also (click on the picture to enlarge it) note the ties below the brackets, at the top of the brick. They fastest the interior floor framing to the masonry.
