A new facade in Tribeca. Not to my taste, but interesting. I want to believe that it will last and not leak, and there are certainly old brick buildings with curves and twists. If it’s solid brick, I suspect it will be okay. If not – if it’s a cavity wall with a veneer of brick over metal studs or concrete block – I wish the owners the best of luck and I suspect they’ll need it.
